Any user who uses ClockInEasy to track or manage time during a billing cycle is considered to be an active user.
Archive or delete users with 1-click to make them inactive. Archiving users is recommended for temporary and seasonal workers.
You may delete or archive any user to avoid their next monthly charge.
If you choose to archive, you can restore their profile with 1-click at anytime.
